Overview
PLUGNDD is my flagship venture: an AI-powered market intelligence startup built for consumer-facing businesses across Southeast Asia. It compresses fragmented consumer, competitor, and category signals into structured intelligence that founders and operators can act on the same day, instead of waiting weeks for a research vendor.
Problem
Consumer businesses in Health & Wellness, F&B, Consumer Tech, and Specialty Retail make expansion, pricing, and positioning decisions with thin, slow, and expensive market research. Most SMEs and even well-funded startups in the region cannot justify a traditional research retainer, so decisions get made on instinct rather than evidence.
Solution
We built an AI-native research workflow that ingests consumer, competitor, and category data, structures it through a repeatable analytical framework, and packages it into decision-ready briefs, at a fraction of the cost and turnaround time of traditional market research.
My Role
Co-founder. I own business strategy, market intelligence methodology, AI workflow design, and business development, from client discovery to structuring the AI pipeline that produces each engagement's deliverables.
